After a long pause, we have now put everything in place to allow the resumption of fortnightly higher grade lessons in Liskeard. All teachers will have received details via email.
The Ki Course arranged for September has now been cancelled. The venue is not able to open in time.
Aikido returns…

Camping: We have booked a field at Keveral Farm (PL13 1PA). Click here for directions. There are no laundry facilities on site.

All Setsudo Ki-Aikido lessons have been suspended until further notice to help reduce and slow the spread of the Covid-19 coronavirus. It remains important that we continue to practice. Ki exercises, breathing and meditation will easily form part of our daily routine. Ukemi for imaginary Tori can be fun too! Please do stay at home and learn to love the slower pace of life.
Wishing good health to all,
Sensei.
Unfortuntely the Sunday higher grade lessons in Liskeard have now been cancelled until further notice. Also, the Spring Course, and the Calstock Course have been cancelled. At the moment we hope that the Summer Course will still go ahead but we will review this nearer the time.
