Exeter Course

The date and and venue for the Exeter Course is now available:

Exeter Course Sunday, 27th of October. Victory Hall, Broadclyst, EX5 3EE.

Buckfastleigh Course

A date for your diary: After the Summer Course in Downderry, the there’ll be a course in Buckfastleigh on Saturday, 31st of August. If the weather allows, there’ll be a barbecue at Velwell Orchard in the evening. If not there’ll be the option of a meal at the local pub. If anyone would like to camp Saturday night, please let Sensei Jeremy know.

Free Childrens Class Taster Session

Update on Liskeard changes…

Sorry for any confusion but Liskeard club is back to its original slot on a Thursday evening. Next lesson is therefore 25th April 2019. Unfortunately there is a booking in the hall which means we will not be having a lesson on May 9th. So any new students from the taster day will have a longer chance to change their minds!

Liskeard club changes and taster day.

The Liskeard dojo is moving from a Thursday evening to a Wednesday evening from the 17th April 2019. It is also moving from the Hall into the Doniert room at the Liskerrett Centre.

** Due to a very generous offer by Liskerrett the club is returning back to a Thursday evening, and back to the hall. This will be from 25th April 2019. Apologies for any confusion! **

On Saturday May 4th from 11am – 2pm there will be a free drop-in taster where anyone interested can come along, chat with teachers and students, have a go at some basic exercises and see what Aikido is all about…

 

Summer Course

Here is some information regarding the upcoming Summer Course:

Venue: The Coastal Zone, Downderry, PL11 3LW.

Dates: Saturday 29th of June until Wednesday 3rd of July.

Camping: We have booked a field at Keveral Farm (PL13  1PA). Click here for directions. There are no laundry facilities on site.

Food: Tea and biscuits are provided but please bring your own food. There is a general store, cafe and pub in Downderry.

Classes begin at 11am. This is subject to change however, so if you are not coming on the first day, please get in touch the night before to check what time the class will begin.

Students are asked to be at the dojo, changed, and ready to train one hour before the beginning of the class.

Calstock Course – Sunday 17th of March  – Calstock Village Hall, The Quay, Calstock, Cornwall, PL18 9QA.

Spring Course – Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th of April, at the Liskerret Centre in Liskeard.

Calstock Course

Sensei Jonny and his students have invited us all to his course at his new dojo in Calstock on the 17th of March. The address is: Calstock Village Hall, The Quay, Calstock, Cornwall, PL18 9QA.

Spring Course dates

Thanks to Sensei Anthony and his students for organising and hosting the course last Sunday at Upton Cross.

The Spring Course will be Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th of April, at the Liskerret Centre in Liskeard.
