Sensei Jonny and his students have invited us all to his course at his new dojo in Calstock on the 17th of March. The address is: Calstock Village Hall, The Quay, Calstock, Cornwall, PL18 9QA.

The Spring Course will be Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th of April, at the Liskerret Centre in Liskeard.
There will be a two day higher grade course on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd February 2019 at ‘The Coastalzone’, Downderry, PL11 3LE. This course is for brown belt and above.
Junior and family concessions available – talk to Nick.
Deposits of £40 pp are required, as soon as possible, from those wishing to attend.
Please note that membership fees are due this month. £18 for adults and £12 for juniors.
Sensei Richard and his students will be hosting us for our next course at Lanreath on Sunday the 9th of September.
It will be in Lanreath Village Hall, PL13 2NY.
Note: the nearest village shop is three miles away, so its a good idea to bring food.
Directions:
Head west from Liskeard on the A38.
At the roundabout take the second exit onto the A390 signposted for Looe and St Austell.
After two miles you will pass through a village. Take the left turn just after the village onto the B3359 signposted to Looe.
Four miles along this road take a right, signposted for Polruan, Bodinnick, Lerryn and a car ferry.
After a quarter mile, take the first left.
The hall is just on the right.
Here is some information regarding the upcoming Summer Course:
Venue: The Coastal Zone, Downderry, PL11 3LW.
Dates: Saturday 14th until Wednesday 18th of July. Friday 13th is for set up and free practice.
Camping: We have booked a field at Keveral Farm (PL13 1PA). Click here for directions. There are no laundry facilities on site.
Food: Tea and biscuits are provided but please bring your own food. There is a general store, cafe and pub in Downderry.
Classes begin at 11am. This is subject to change however, so if you are not coming on the first day, please get in touch the night before to check what time the class will begin.
Students are asked to be at the dojo, changed, and ready to train one hour before the beginning of the class.
Please note that full payment for the Summer Course is due by mid June.
Buckfastleigh Club will be hosting a course at Buckfastleigh Town Hall, TQ11 0DD on Sunday, 6th of May.
There’ll be a BBQ at Velwell Orchard on the Saturday night if the weather allows and camping is also available by arrangement.
