Start the New Year with Aikido: Join Our Welcoming Dojos

The New Year is a good time for new beginnings, new experiences and encouragement to give ourselves the extra motivation to venture out in the dark evenings.
This is a nudge to everyone not yet practicing with us to come along and have a go! If you already practice- how about inviting someone new to come along with you in the new year?
Our dojos are all very welcoming and there’s even tea, and sometimes chocolate or biscuits! Have a look at our ‘clubs’ page for more information and how to get in touch.

Our school runs regular courses where we all get together to practice- take a look on the courses page for more information on times and venues. The next one is in just a few weeks time in Okehampton. This is a lovely dojo looking down over rolling hills, we all stay in the hostel at Bracken Tor and it gives us the rare opportunity to share a meal together on the Saturday evening.
Looking forward to seeing all of you – faces old and new.

Changes to courses for Autumn/Winter 2023

There have been a few changes to the upcoming courses. Please take note, write in diaries, set alarms!

The course originally arranged for Calstock on the 22nd of October will now be held in Liskeard, and the Liskeard course originally booked in December is now cancelled.

Please can all members make every effort to come to courses as they represent an amazing opportunity and they are only possible if we get a good attendance from students.

Membership due- please bring to summer course!

Just a reminder that Annual membership is now due.

If you are planning on being at the summer course could you bring it with you, otherwise please give it to your Sensei at the earliest opportunity.
