Sensei Nick Southall is opening his Dojo for a free introductory class on Wednesday 23rd September 2015 from 6.30pm to 7.15pm.
Come along and have a go! Wear loose clothing and make sure your toenails and fingernails are short.
There is a one day course in Looe on Sunday 15th November 2015.
