5 day course in the light and airy Thurlestone vil 5 day course in the light and airy Thurlestone village hall. Right at the end of the heat wave so the sea breeze certainly helped! Thank you Sensei Stuart for another wonderful course and the opportunity to cool off by the sea afterwards 💫🌊

A special day - Yesterday’s course in the very Doj A special day - Yesterday’s course in the very Dojo where several of us started our aikido journey back in the 90’s. And now we uplifting and enlightening day, stretching the limits of what we think we can do (two partners holding and four different exercises in one go! So many arms!) Thank you Sensei Stuart for a glorious day and to Sensei Jeremy for hosting us so brilliantly. A wonderful dojo with that fabulous view over Totnes through arched windows 🌅😍 #kiaikido #aikidodevon #aikidocourse
