5 day course in the light and airy Thurlestone village hall. Right at the end of the heat wave so the sea breeze certainly helped! One from our Strete course way back in May. It seems a lifetime ago now! Unite yourself to the cosmos, and the thought of transcendence will disappear. Transcendence belongs to the profane world. When all trace of transcendence vanishes, the true person-the divine being-is manifest. Empty yourself and let the divine function. A special day - Yesterday’s course in the very Dojo where several of us started our aikido journey back in the 90’s. And now we uplifting and enlightening day, stretching the limits of what we think we can do (two partners holding and four different exercises in one go! So many arms!)
